Grilled Veggie Burger w/ Grilled peppers and zucchini

Ingredients

2 1/2 oz. 75 g vegetarian burger patty
quarter quarter red pepper
quarter quarter yellow pepper
2 2 lengthwise slices, zucchini
1 tbsp 15 ml olive oil
1 tbsp 15 ml vinegar
1 large 1 multi-grain bun
1 1/2 oz 45 g Swiss cheese, light
sprouts - optional

Directions

  1. Preheat grill. Spray vegetarian burger patty, on both sides, with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. In bowl, combine peppers and zucchini with oil and vinegar.
  3. Place patty and vegetables on grill. Cook, turning once, until patty is heated through and vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Place patty on bottom half of bun, top with cheese and grilled vegetables. Cover with top bun.
