Hawaiian Pita Pizza

Ingredients

6-inch 15 cm whole wheat pita bread
2 tbsp 30 ml prepared pizza sauce
2 1/2 oz 75 g cooked chicken breast, diced
1/4 cup 50 ml pineapple, diced
1/4 cup 50 ml green pepper, diced
1/2 cup 125 ml part-skim mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F ( 190 C).
  2. Place pita bread on baking sheet. Spread sauce over pita. Top sauce with chicken, pineapple and green peppers; sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Bake for 7-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and pizza is bubbly.
