Open Face Roast Beef Sandwich

Ingredients

2 tbsp 10 ml low fat plain yogurt or light sour cream
1 tsp 5 ml light mayonnaise
1 tsp 5 ml prepared horseradish
1 slice 1 slice multigrain bread, toasted
1/2 cup 125 ml mixed spring baby greens
2 1/2 oz 75 g lean roast beef, thinly sliced
1 tbsp 15 ml crumbled blue cheese

Directions

  1. In small bowl stir together yogurt, mayonnaise and horseradish. Spread on toast. Top with greens, roast beef and blue cheese.
